I had many lawyers represent me in my medical practice and a lot of them claimed to be lawyers specializing in representing doctors.  Mr. Horowitz understood my issues and resolved my concerns promptly.

and Daniel Horowitz represented me in a dispute with my physician’s group.  My employment contract gave me no rights and my medical practice was forfeited on paper.  Once Horowitz was done, I had my practice and fair compensation.

I got into a contract dispute with my former partners.  It was a situation where the doctors one side who were my partners had a strong opinion and I had a very strongly different opinion.  Daniel negotiated effectively and I was able to keep my intellectual property even though my medical employment contract technically gave everything that I ever thought of during my time at the practice to my partners.  We didn’t leave on great terms but we resolved everything and I kept what I felt belonged to me.  That is what matters.  No bridges were burned.  We still refer patients to each other. Mr. Horowitz is the perfect balance of what someone wants in a lawyer. Not only is he approachable enough to gain and value your trust, but he’s a bulldog in the courtroom. Ms. Tsykova handled a very difficult legal case for my sister. It involved immigration issues and a criminal conspiracy where my sister was frauded of millions of dollars. My sister was protected and was able to locate most of the money that was taken from her. We are new to this country and very pleased that we were entitled to our rights because of our attorney.

Daniel handled my divorce back in 1991 and is a very understanding and caring person who took care of my needs with patience and understanding. He is one of a very few of that special breed. Wish to God there were more like him. Thanks Daniel.
