Physician legal representation covering peer review and employment actions, credentialing, medical board / medical commission matters, medical employment contracts and other hospital and employment group matters.   The office has four criminal defense specialists (certified by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California).  Recent criminal matters include chart review and negotiation with law enforcement regarding DNA and durable medical device prescription / DME (fraud charges); billing fraud charges including upcoding.
